Default 3.5L EcoBoost MPG Drop?

I have a 2014 F150 FX4 with the 3.5L EcoBoost and about 65K miles. I was getting about 20+ MPG Highway and now I am Lucky to get 15 - 16 Mpg now. I am considering changing my plugs to see if it will help. I clean my K&N every 2,000 miles and clean my MAF sensors every 1,000, replace the PCV every 5,000 and clean it every 2,000, clean my Throttle Body every 2,000 as well. Before replacing the plugs I need to find out the torque specs and GAP specs. Need just a Forum for the EcoBoost end...

Grnmstr did you come up with any reason your mileage dropped?

Mine did the same thing around 100k miles. I heard kind of a pop/poof sound on the expressway and figured something happened with the piping on my turbos. Boost pressure checked out and couldn't find anything..

Did you find a cause? My 2019 fuel economy used to be consistently 20 mpg and dropped off about 6 months ago to 15-16 mpg. Prior to the mileage drop my turbos were alway silent but around the same time as the fall off in mileage I started being able to hear them spool up and down.
