Ecoboost Smoking at cold start up
i have a 2014 f150 3.5 v6 ecoboost. Ive noticed blue smoke at start up, mainly after truck has been sitting for 24+ hours. Engine has 62000 miles, truck runs strong, no noise, reg oil changes, no leaks. Just asking for ideas of what could be causing this??

Usually blue smoke on start up is an indicator of a bad valve guide. I am no mechanic and haven't touched an engine in years but in the old days that was a tip off. Oil leaks from the head through the guide and into the cylinder, once it starts that oil gets burned off and that is it. Could get worse though.
