60k service includes, but is not limited to. Changing the oil, oil filter, servicing the transmission. Rotating the tires. Changing the cabin filter (if equipped) and changing the air filter. Checking the brakes, checking the driveshaft, checking the exhaust, checking the wheel bearings, checking the cooling system and inspecting the front suspension.
Personally, I would change the spark plugs, change the diff fluid, flush the brake fluid, do an induction service and replace the belt.

Here is the 60,000 mile check as listed on the Ford service site. Which as you will see NGM has already spelled out. When you get to this page on the left side click on maintenance schedule and go through the steps

When to really flush your fluids!
As a new member please, forgive my grammer. But, I could really use some real expert advice. I own a F-150 XLT SuperCrew with about 69,500 miles on her. As she is more of a show truck and a daily commuter, she is not driven hard and is maintained very well. My question is when is the Engine Coolant and Transmission fluid really needing to be changed in this trucks. I have been to several site's for info only to be confused more. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

My '77 has 56k miles. I might need to do the 60k service before its 50th birthday.

Geeze, I just traded in my '04 f150 2WD and it had 191,000 on it, I never touched the tranny or rear end, I flushed the radiator at 120,000 and replaced the spark plugs, I did replace the serpentine belt at around 80,000 I think. It was due to be replaced again but I traded it in, probably would have done the radiator again and plugs again too.
