Default 2014 F150 Engine Noise - Cam/Timing area?

Hi all! I've been a long time reader/lurker and enjoy reading. I decided to create an account because I need help.

My 2014 F150 5.0 82,000 miles, has developed a noise in the engine that has me concerned. It's really noticable cold and any time when next to a building such as in a drive through. I'm aware there are different problems of noise for these engines, but to me
this sounds like it's coming from the front of the engine, timing cover area. Could this be the cam phaser / timing chain rattling issue? The one thing I am certain of, it's not injector noise. It has gotten a little worse over time.

Any advise will be greatly appreciated!

My questions are.
1. Should I stop driving it? I don't want to run the engine completely.
2. Should trade it in while I still can. I've read stories of similar issues on newer trucks too.
3. Is it worth it to fix it?
4. I've ben wrenching on cars, for many years, is this something I an tackle myself?

Thank Y'all in advance!
Gene
