Default 2012 5.0L - How Much Oil Left After Drain?

Did an oil change today.

How much oil is typically left in the system after it's drained? I let it drain a long time, filter removed, etc. Went in the house and let it sit for 30 minutes before I came back out.

Just curious, since I know there is always a bit left in there.
When refilling, I measured out 7.2L to refill (capacity is 7.3L). I am finding the dip stick hard to read with new oil, so I just want to make sure I didn't over fill it.

Also, does anyone have the ACTUAL drain plug torque spec? I find a million different answers when I look online.
Yes, it's fine to just tighten and pray for the best, but I have two torque wrenches in my tool arsenal for a reason, so if anyone knows the spec (because they've seen it in the service manual) post up!

Thanks!

As near as I've been able to find out, the drain plug torque is 19 lb. ft.

However, it's your oil pan ... YMMV.
