2011 Ford F150 FX4 Ecoboost -Transmission issues
First off let me start by saying, this website has been quite informational and has helped me tremendously.
I changes the Range Sensor in my 6r80 transmission this weekend. I had to drop the valve body to do so.
I put it all back together, filter and pan reinstalled, filled it with fluid. I drove it about an 1/8 of a mile after warming it up. The truck was going crazy so I limped it home. I checked the fluid and it was way low. It took 2 more quarts. Now reverse and second gear do not work at all..... It is throwing a 0761 code (SSC Stuck off).
Did I wreck the tranny? It sure sounds and feels like it.
