2011 F150 A/C and Cooling fans died
I have a 2011 F-150 XLT model with 3.5L Ecoboost engine. A/C suddenly started blowing warm air. It was just recharged about a month ago and worked great for a 3 hour trip the day before it died. Suddenly went dead. Here are some troubleshooting results. Any ideas would be highly appreciated.
Mechanic says the Compressor is not running but it has a good freon charge.
All fuses check out good
The A/C clutch relay (#23) IS activated
Electric radiator Cooling fans are also not working at all
Everything else seems to be working
Any ideas??
Anybody have an A/C wiring diagram for this truck??
Thanks,
Tom

The only thing, which I can see (at this time of night), that they might have in common: both have grounds on the right side of the engine compartment. Checking to see, if they have grounds on one side of the motors, should be easy enough.

This sounds like a very good possibility. Any idea where this common ground connection is? I did recently have some work done in that area and wonder if a connection was left loose, or completely disconnected.
I am trying to figure out how to remove the connector at the A/C clutch so I can see if it looks like the voltage is getting there, and that should tell me if there is a ground issue.

2012 Has two ground bolts on the right inner fender, behind the battery, behind the washer fluid bottle, One of the terminal connections is going to be from the Neg. battery. There are 3 other terminals attached, with spaghetti around the wires, so there very well could be more than 1 wire in each.
