Question 3.7 V6 crank position sensor

Hi all, new here. I’ve got a 2013 F150 with the 3.7 V6(flex fuel) that I did plugs and coil packs on. The #2 cylinder took a crap on me 2 weeks ago. Anyway, replaced all 6, this time with Motorcraft. Now I’ve been getting crank but no start. After a some testing I’ve come to realize it’s most likely the Crankshaft position sensor. I have googled it but haven’t found anything worthwhile. Has anyone replaced this sensor on the 3.7 ? Anyone know where the heck it is?
If I had access to a lift, I’d probably be able to find it, but I’m a fat guy lying on the ground trying to locate it and leaning over the radiator support too with no results. Help please, thanks.

Probably mounted in the low half of the front cover, close to the damper pulley. Looks like the tone ring is inside the front cover, it would be on the crankshaft itself. You should check the wires and connector first before changing parts *****-nilly.

Here's what it looks like. You'll only see the connector and mounting screw on top the rest will be inside. Good luck.

I was planning to check the wires/connector first before just changing it, however the post was made primarily to locate the darn thing. And I’ve already been checking wires and connectors, that’s what has lead me to the crank shaft sensor. I would like to thank you for your time.

is your truck totally inoperable with a CNStart condition or is this intermittent? If intermittent, when does it seem to not work and/or what does it take to work again/later?

what testing lead to crank sensor diag?
