2010 F150 Grinding Noise-Transfer Case Replaced By Ford- Still Problem....
Hows it going everyone.
So I bought a f150 from a Ford dealership about 3 weeks ago.
I heard a grinding noise and took it into ford.

Its a two part video.
The first 8 seconds you can hear the grinding noise and the second part of the video was when I put it into 4WD.
So I took it in and I thought it was the actuator. They told me it was the transfer case and had a inspector come in and the inspector said they want to put a new transfer case in and it was under warranty. So they did that and I got it back today. The mechanic at Ford said it was good to go and no more noise. Well I still hear a slight grinding noise thats quite but not like it was before. What the hell...I dont know whats going on, they had a damn inspector come check my truck and there is still noise. What the hell did they miss?
