2008 F150 Hard Thump / feel
I have a 2008 F150 5.4L with a single driveshaft. I did do a search on the noise, but everything I have read only as one cause of my problem.
Issue #1- when I turn a corner and accelerate moderately it feels like I just hit a pot hole in the back or you will hear a clunk noise, mostly the pot hole feel though.
Issue #2- Only rarely I will feel the pot hole thump when I accelerate from a stop.
The most common problem I have read about was the driveshaft not having enough lube when sliding back and fourth from the differential. Most if not all complaints are from stopping and going, have not read one about turning. Any opinions would be great.
