Default 2005 F150 5.4 Triton No Start

2005 F150 with 180k miles won’t start.

Spark plugs were replaced and driven 300 miles back home with no issues, went to get gas to go to work the next day it was misfiring and blowing black smoke out the exhaust. Codes pulled for bank 2 02 sensor and misfire cylinder 7

at first it wouldn’t crank or anything, but since then the starter, and battery have been replaced, spark plugs checked for spark, and an oil change have been done (oil smells like gas on dipstick)
The engine now cranks but won’t actually start.

Update: Crank sensor and Cam sensor were replaced and now the Engine will start occasionally with the gas pedal depressed. I was able to start it and keep it running for about 2 minutes with my foot on the gas, white smoke was coming out of the exhaust and it was running terrible. I pulled P0354 and checked the plug against the firewall which seemed fine but replaced the COP to be sure and it still only starts occasionally.

White smoke is bad news. Could have warped the head or blown a head gasket. Are you losing coolant too?
