2004 5.4 triton not running right
 

Okay so I have a 2004 ford 150 with the 5.4 triton and it’s not running right. My timing chain tensioner blew apart so I had one of my friends who is a ford mechanic help me fix it. Everything is in time as far as I can tell with the timing marks. I was able to unplug the front 4 packs(2 on each side) and it did not make a difference while it was running. I put new plugs and coil packs in it and it does not make a difference. Had another friend come with a code reader. And I get a code for camshaft position circuit. And he read into my computer and all 4 O2 sensors were reading rich. I’m stumped. Can anyone help?

what happened to the Ford mechanic friend ? sounds like it not timed properly.
