Update
I changed my spark plugs and it took away the p0171 code. Now I just have the p0175 code left. I know I have an evap concern because when I attempt to fuel up the truck, it cuts off a lot which I know can be related to the evap canister or canister purge solenoid. Could either of those cause the p0175?

Update 2
I replaced my Canister purge valve and that was very easy to do. Now I have the P0175 and a P1507. The P1507 is my next to fix, it is straight forward for Ford. It is for the IAC valve, I am assuming it is leaking air or is not letting enough air in. If so this could explain the rich code. If you are having the same codes in the steps I am, I recommend following this thread, for I will update it with every step.

Ok so all is good now! to resolve the rest and clear remaining codes, this is what I did. I cleaned the throttle body with carb cleaner, I replaced the IAC gasket, and I cleaned the MAF with MAF cleaner. All is good now. I hope this helps someone. I also noticed when removing the hose going to the throttle body that when I removed it to clean it that it was bent up like someone had put it on wrong. I bent it back into shape and made sure it was not bent back anywhere and tightened the clamp back up.
