2002 F150 Coolant Leak only on incline

I'm losing a steady stream of coolant but only on a steep incline (40 degrees or so...my driveway). So far, when driving on the roads I notice no loss of coolant.
Truck leaks a little oil. I did pour some sealant in the coolant 6 months back to seal a manifold leak....it stopped.
