engine sudder

Default engine sudder
i have a 2005 xlt with a 5.4 and when the engine is idling it shudders randomly. it isnt a very strong shake but is noticeable. any ideas on what could cause this

Check for vacuum leaks, fuel pressure, and good strong spark. That should be enough to get started at least.
