Default 1999 F150 Sputtering issues

Ok, I'm new to this board and to the truck. It hasnt been very well maintained before I bought it and I'm trying to do my best to get some issues fixed. But heres my biggest.

When reaching 55mph - 75mph , it starts to stutter. I originally thought fuel filter or spark plugs and wires. All of that was changed, and it still happens. I have noticed that if it happens, I can pull over and turn the engine off and back on and it goes away. This makes me think it's a computer or sensor problem. Any help would be amazing.

I also have a very small rear seal transmission leak. I am aware of this but wanted to fix the stuttering first. Could this be the culprit?

The truck is a 1999 F150, 4.2 V6.

If I seem like a noob, its cause I am, so please bear with me.

If it keeps stuttering it may need a speech therapist.

What brand plugs and wires? These trucks don't do that good on aftermarket ignition parts.

Lmao thanks for checking my mispronunciation.

I bought motorcraft plugs and duralast wires.

And also to be clear, this problem persisted before the new plugs and after.

Heres the run down. I bought a 1999 F150 XLT 4.2 V6, as is. I knew it had some issues. The issues were :

PCV valve needed replaced
Small leak in rear seal of transmission
Needed new fuel filter
Needed spark plugs / wires
On the dash, the theft light blinks rapidly then goes to a slow blink.
ABS light is on
Odometer is some times showing and some times doesnt.
Over drive blinks off repeatedly

What I didnt know:

It sputters when accelerating at anywhere from 45 - 75mph. This happens at any time, but usually when accelersting or decelerating.

I've already changed Plugs, Wires, Fuel filter, and PCV valve. My CEL is on, here were the codes:
P0174
P0401
P0708
P0340
P0171

0171 and 0174 are gone. Those disappeared when I did the PCV Valve. I wanna say 0401 went away as well, but I havent checked in a week.

Mainly I wanna know what is causing the sputtering. I have learned that if it starts to do it, I can pull over and kill the engine, restart it and it doesnt do it again. So I'm thinking it's an engine thing.

To be clear, this sputtering happened before I fixed some things and after. The plugs I bought are motorcraft and the wires I bought are duralast. Both were put on correctly.

Any help would be appreciated. Its driving me nuts.

This is what I put on another forum. I posted the one here yesterday at lunch and couldnt go into alot of detail. This here is basically everything I can think of.
