Post 1998 Ford F150 Engine tick/knock

Hello! First post so please bear with me.
I have a 98 Ford F150 XLT V8 4.6 . I'm attaching a link to a video I took to explain my issue. There is a light ticking coming from somewhere either in or around the engine. When idle it can be kind of quiet but when I am accelerating hard it can get very loud. Once the engine levels off after I hit the speed limit the ticking and rattling stops. I've checked for broken vacuum lines, replaced the passenger exhaust manifold (What a pain that was), I also put some oil additive because the truck is a little older. It only has about 140k miles on it and I am at my wits end. Any and all help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Video of the sound. You can hear it better after I go under the truck.
