1999 F150 Idle issue
I normally idle around 700 rpm. Recently, it will "bog" down to 550 or so and return to normal. This normally occurs immediately after turning the engine on, when I come into my slightly inclined driveway and come to a stop, occasionally at a stoplight, and strangest of all, if I press the driver window up or down button. The driver window is ornery, and I have had to bang on the motor from time to time to get it to start working again. I have checked for loose wires but am just not seeing any that would indicate a ground that might cause the idle issues.
Have approx 220k miles on the truck and has recently had tuneup done to it.
Any ideas?

Check your alternator?
At first I was going to say worn/loose vac hose, but I would tend to think it might be a recharging issue.
Does it happen if you are sitting in park, or just when you start up? What happens when in drive and at a stop light?

Only the window switch will do it if I am in park. The others only occur when I am pulling into the driveway or slowing to a stop at a light. To me, this feels like something loose. But the window switch doesn't fly with that theory since it will happen if I am sitting still.
