My 1993 ford 4x4 still has the original shocks, it has 4 up front and 2 rear shocks. I recently retired and want to fix the old girl back.My question is if I go on line and inquire, what is a good sight that has a reasonably a good price because I live in a rural area and the local auto parts want to charge me my first born. The truck runs great and believe it or not the AC still works.

If the shocks still work (like the A/C), there's no reason to replace them (like the A/C). Do they? Or is there something wrong with them? The whole truck is old & worn, so if you're replacing old, worn parts, you should replace the whole truck. I like original parts - they're clearly the best. I frequently pull them out of junkyards to put them on my truck, and it runs great.
