1989 F-150 Stalling

1989 F-150 Stalling
Last summer, my '89 F-150 started stalling when hot.
My mech said coil, so I replaced it and things were better, but the weather was colder too.
It did well through the winter, with just a little use, but started acting up again when the weather warmed.
It would run a few miles and die, starting again after a couple of hours.
Now it's hot and the truck will actually stall in the yard, so I can work on it.
It will run a while, sputter, and die.
Sometimes it can be revived for a while by pumping the throttle and getting the RPM up.
The fuel pressure is great, 50PSI, constant.
Naturally I suspect spark, but sometimes it will crank and "almost run" with the starter kept on.
I took out a spark plug and arranged it as a spark indicator and the spark stays good, even when sputtering starts.
This is an odd one, since the engine runs perfectly when not stalling out!
Are there sensors most likely to do this, MAP, TPI, etc.
Could the air bleed solenoid let in enough air to stall the engine.
HELP. Ideas appreciated!

That's hardly enough info for us to guess anything. Click this, read the caption, study the truck, and fill in your signature:

Try to disturb as LITTLE as possible so you don't create new problems, or temporarily hide the current problem(s). That era of F150 has MANY known problems, including but not limited to:
