Default 06 f150 5.4 rough idle/stalling

got codes po340, po345

starts fine cold and will run perfect until engine is warm, will stall sometimes pulling into a parking lot. Then restart and rough idle. revving it up will make it idle back to normal. Sometimes pull into a lot and will start to idle rough when i stop and have to rev it up or it shakes really bad and will die.

seems like it only does it after 30 minutes of driving.

runs greats on highway and other roads, just not when stopping.

any suggestions?

Sounds familiar or at least related to the cam phasers. Do you experience a ticking coming from the engine bay, specifically the drivers side bank of cylinders?

I do not think so, everything seems to be sounding correct.

Change your plugs / boots and springs. Clean your throttle body and MAF sensor.. change your fuel filter.
