Default 05 f150 5.4 issue

Any suggestion would be helpful. In my 2005 F150xlt 5.4 v8 titan at cruising speed there is an occasional chug or sputter. It doesn’t seem real noticeable at accelleration just when you’re driving at a constant speed. Within the last 2 weeks the check engine light came on and checking the codes it says misfire cylinder 6. I’ve replaced all the plugs, all the coils, fuel injector on cylinder 6, fuel filter, cam sensor, and crank sensor. It’s still reading misfire cylinder 6 and have noticed no improvement at all. Any one else run into same thing. Suggestions on what next.

He said he put new coils on, so that shouldn't be an issue, as they come with boots and springs. What brand plugs and coils?
