Holy crap, you're paying someone to do all this work and not fix the problem? I would be furious at the mechanic throwing parts at your truck on your dime.

I had done the belt and the idler pulleys and had a shop throw a power steering pump and belt tensioner in. And what do you mean about the wire brush stopping the sound im very curious

When you spray.. you are getting whatever your spraying all over the belt surfaces again.. I would suggest you remove the belt and clean all pulley groves with rubbing alcohol and install a good poly cog belt.. to verify this hold a wire brush to the underside of the belt while it's making noise.. the noise should stop

It will temporary clean the groves in the belt. Just hold it up to the grove side (underside) of the belt while it's running and making noise
