Default 04 F150 belt squeak please help!

Alright so I'm ready to set this truck on fire. My 2004 F150 has had a squealing sound coming from the motor for the passed month or 2 and it will not go away🙄 I've replaced the belt, belt tensioner, all idler pulleys(3), alternator(after squeak) and even the powersteering pump and the squeak is not going away. Somebody help me with this thing please! The sound has its good days and bad days and usually only squeaks when accelerating and a very minor chirp when starting the truck.

Squeak happens with AC on or off? Belt off?

Temperature dependent?

A. Squeak happens with ac on and off it doesn't make any difference and the weather is cold here in New York right now 20 degrees but when I got up to the 50s last week the squeak was still there

your alternator bearings are probably shot. disconnect your belt from the alt pulley and spin it. you'll hear it squeak or feel some sort of abnormality. good luck

Do you have any leaks that may be getting on the belt surfaces..

There was a powersteering line leaking on the belt and that was replaced and then another new belt was put on

Did you clean "all" the surfaces that the belt touches before installing new belt.. I'll bet you still have power steering fluid on one or more pulleys

the weird thing is, is that they replaced the whole powersteering pump because that's where it sounds like it's coming from and it still squeaks but when I spray behind the pump the squeak goes away for a few minutes

When you spray.. you are getting whatever your spraying all over the belt surfaces again.. I would suggest you remove the belt and clean all pulley groves with rubbing alcohol and install a good poly cog belt.. to verify this hold a wire brush to the underside of the belt while it's making noise.. the noise should stop
