Default 04-08 Brake upgrades: Kits? rotors? pads? what did you use? results?

My 04 FX4 is due for brakes soon, Anyone upgrade their brakes to something that is performing better than stock did?

The brake dust on the OEM is kind of a problem but I wash my truck weekly so it's not really an issue in my case, I'm more concerned with braking quality and rotor durability.

What did you use? are you happy with the results? what did it cost?

I have used the Cmax ceramics from Autozone on my truck with great sucess. They are ceramic, and come with a set of new shims, and clips for the calipers. The are quiet as can be, have lifetime warranty, very little dust and are only $59. Rotors on the other hand I have not had good luck with any yet.

was considering this kit on EBAY, everyone seems to have given this seller good reviews on his product, it's pricey though...
