Hello All,

im posting because I’m at an absolute loss on this truck. I have an 03 F150 King Ranch Supercrew w/ the 4.6. My issue is that EVERY TIME I start it, EVERYTIME, it revs up to ~2k rpm for about 3 seconds before dropping down to the programmed 600 rpm for idle speed. I’ve cleaned/replaced all the sensors, tryed different tunes (through my SCT) including returning to stock, and nothing has helped. It still does it, EVERYTIME. It doesn’t really bother me too much until my flowmasters echo across gas station parking lots and every one looks at me like D-bag who revs their engine on start up.

Does any one have any kind of idea?! It’s so annoying!

Nothing? Nobody at all? I’ve done MAF, PCV, IAC, all with no improvement.

That’s what I’m trying to do here so I don’t have to pay someone to do it... thanks for the advice though.
