Default Swap to Floor Console-16 XLT

I recently completed my swap from bench seat to floor console without issue. Thanks to this incredible site, it was pretty painless and only took an hour. The console I bought came with a wiring harness and both vent trim pieces. I had to purchase the two AC ducts (truck was pre-duct behind the radio which I cut the cap off to allow air flow) and the lower trim piece above the sliding cover. Overall very pleased and excited.

HOWEVER: I can not get power to the rear cigarette outlet and house plug as well as the inside cigarette outlet in console. I switched the double USB with the single USB from previous tray for SYNC purposes and have power to the cigarette outlet next to it. The wiring harness was connected to the plug coming out of the floor. Am I missing a fuse?

Default Possible fit in 2011

Would anyone here know if the full flow through console from a 2015 or later is at all compatible with a 2011?
Please keep in mind I'm not expecting direct bolt in swap. I would expect some degree of fabrication/customization to make it work. Would anyone be able to enlighten this quandary for me?

why not buy the center console from an 09-13 and the associated trim panels and other parts needed. I did the swap on my 13, made a storage cubby for

where the shifter was, even hooked the rear vents up to the a/c.

I have a '16 flow through console I will be taking pictures of and putting on sale sometime over the weekend. Came out of a special edition Lariat and I swapped out my console cover, shift **** and boot with it. Black leather now with normal stitching.

Where did you buy the trim pieces at?

Through eBay, prices vary, usually around 178 for both (l&r) as a pair. If the floor kick trim wasn’t included w your console, you’ll need those 2 pieces too, around 48 each.

I did the swap on my 13. Went from the seat to the console. My dad liked it so much that he wants it done on his 16. Now to just find a console and pieces for it
