Hi Guys,
Do you have proper idea on pressurized water system insulation? if yes, please clarify me about pros and cons on it. as i am also thinking to install but couldn't take decision as unexperienced.

Judging by your mention of UV and filtration, I'll assume you intend this water for drinking (human or other). Normally this would be pretty straightforward, and nearly identical to an RV or boat setup, though many of them forego any filtration. I guess it depends on the source of water you use to fill the system. Most RV people just sanitize the tank with bleach every so many fill-ups and always fill the tank from a trusted source. You can find info for this on the internet. Just be sure to rinse out the tank at least once prior to filling with water you intend to drink.
The basic system will consist of a 1) a water tank, 2) the hoses to get the water where you want it, including the fixtures at that destination, and 3) a 12v pressure-sensitive pump. Many water-rated tanks are translucent, so if you plan on putting it in the bed o the truck, be sure to keep it protected from sunlight exposure. Not only will it degrade the plastic over time, but the light may allow algae to grow in the tank. Nasty stuff. If you get an opaque tank (black or blue), and leave it exposed to sunlight, be prepared to drink warm to hot water. Not to bad if you want to take a shower with it though. Is the arrangement you intend for seasonal use, or do you have to be concerned with freezing temps? That changes everything. Describe your intended use a bit more...

Late to the party also. I understand the desire for a pressurized system for cleaning the bikes but for basic "domestic" use as described, what would motivate wanting a pressurized system? Just curious. I've been on the fence about removing the bed on my truck and building a camper to replace it. The use of a pressurized water system never entered my mind. The potential benefits don't seem justify the additional cost or work. Also although two years too late, it would have helped to know what model of truck the OP had when it comes to tank options. Big difference between a standard cab, short bed and screw.

While not within the OP's description I was looking into this for camping a while back, RinseKit.
It comes with a pump to pressurize the system manually and is portable. While it has mixed reviews especially as to leaks I have not followed it much over the last year.

I've had/used Rinsekits for 2 years or more now. no leaks, work great, just low volume. Rinse off kayaks before putting 'em on the truck, rinse our feet at the beach, etc. i think they make larger volume ones now?

If you use a self pressurized system are than any issues if an external pressurized system like at a campground is connected to the system?
