BTW, I'm putting up the OEM bumper for sale. I'd really recommend only a local pick-up sale. Shipping would probably double the price of the thing. It is Sterling Gray Metallic FX4 (PTM) and comes complete with the OEM fog lights and the first layer plastic valance.
There is a notch in the bottom of the intake tunnel, which, I could reattach (welded) if desired.
PM me if there's any interest.

I remounted the bumper today so I could get some measurements/fitment for the push guard. Since the bumper isn't scheduled to get sprayed until next Monday, I have some time to put some finishing touches on it.
I also got the winch plate completed, and gave it a test fit.

Thanks! I've done everything I can to increase the approach angle in the front, and still make it NOT look like one of the many extreme "Road Warrior" looking bumpers that are out there.
Today I fitted up the push guard brackets for measuring out for the push guard uprights. I also wired up the winch connections and installed Anderson Power Pole connectors. Test of winch was successful! Yay!

Well, Frankenbumper is officially done! Sprayed and installed today. Whachy'all think?
Things I still have to do are: Install the screen to keep the rocks-n-stuff outta the CAC. Finish building the push guard.
This build utilizes the OEM crumple zone bumper attachments, AND mounting plates that attach the ends of the bumper to the crash bars, giving further integrity to the whole bumper.
I used 4-1/2" Gr.8 mounting bolts, and 4-Gr.5 bolts to the crash bars. 8 bolts total.
This project proved less challenging than the rear bumper I did last year, even though it included compound curves in the 10ga metal panels. Shackle mounts penetrate the 10ga skin and are welded to the frame mounting plates, so they're super beefy. I figure I acquired about 10º of increased approach angle with this new bumper. Happy about that!
