Default Help please 2005 f150 xlt 4x4

I'm looking into replacing my stock cracked manifold on my 2005 f150 4x4 xlt with some flowmaster block hugger headers what I can't figure out is will my stock catalytic converter's work or do I have to get the high flow ones and if I do will those still pass emissions

Most shortie headers will bolt right up to your stock exhaust flange. You can use your existing cats and mufflers and will not effect emission testing.
