3" Resonator delete
Is there a 3" resonator delete available for the diy exhaust job? Stainless only as i'm in the salt belt :icon_mad: From what I measured the Y-pipe is 3" then drops to 2.5" at the flange through the resonator to the muffler. If not has anyone had any luck with any 3" flanges that bolt up to the stock Y-pipe? The only one made from stainless I could find that I liked was for a 1st generation Raptor with a 6.2L. Not a very cheap option, but a very well built part.

Thanks OCmike I have 157" wheelbase so I know I'd have to lengthen it. Regarding the flange needing some trimming, I guess that's why the Roush exhaust has you discard their flange and reuse the stock Raptor. Any idea of the overall length of that part? For the record I'm 64" from flange to muffler. |

OK, so I believe i have found the closest match to the OE flange it's 304SS

I bought the piece I think you need several years ago. Thing is, I can't remember where I bought it from. I think it was Columbia river mandrel bending or mandrel bends. I sent them the picture and specs of what I needed and they had one. This one was for 3" pipe instead of the standard 2.5" pipe.
