Default You think your glove box was bad.....

This is for those that think their glove box was a little out of wack. I don't sit in the back seat because it is just me at my house. My cat does not drive. I was back there checking on ways to install a back dash camera. Well I must admit it should not have taken just over three months to have seen this, but it did. This time I used some arrows with Snagit and not the cut out ones. These do look better.

You can have the dealer fix it. Buuut... If I were you, I’d just pull down on the rubber moulding....it comes off easily. It looks like it may have pushed up on the headliner and nabbed that plastic a bit when they put it on. By pulling that corner off (it’s actually easier if you pull down the middle of the top section, then pull the corner out) you might be able to then push it back on slowly and make it right....without having to take a trip to the dealer.

Agree, I'd have that looked at.

And those arrows look 'shopped, so mission accomplished.

53 seconds! That is all the time they have to put those parts on. This is what dealers are supposed to do when the vehicle rolls off the truck, inspect and correct.

Ha! So your thread got me to look at mine. Mine are not as bad yours....but they are definitely sub-par.
Sheesh.....I never should have looked.
Now my OCD is going to make me try to correct it this weekend....I’m well out of factory warranty.

One day I’ll learn to NOT look to see if mine is the same way. It happened with the warped dash as well. LoL
ignorance is bliss!!

Well, at least I found mine after a few months. Not 36,000 miles plus later. I take it you don't ride in the back seat either.

I’ve never ridden in the back of my truck. I only looked out of curiosity, because of your thread.
I shouldn't have looked, because I can’t unsee it.....and it’s pretty disappointing that they look like that.
Color me unimpressed. I do like the truck quite a bit, but I’ve seen so many cost savings measures on the thing...or poor design, I can’t know which.

I saw it on mine, but thought nothing of it. I thought I had done it because I noticed after I had removed it while installing my power wire for the amp. Dang, should've asked the dealer about it before I was out of the 36K warranty.
