When I noticed a problem with the truck completely unrelated to any of the work done, I immediately took it back to them. It only had a hundred or so miles on it since leaving. They voided my warranty stating that he mods indicated it would be abused.

Left there & drove straight to Ford. They hooked me up and I will never look back. Ford has been better built in every way from any dodge I've sat in aside from hellcats but those are a different story.
I have had similar horrible experience with a Jeep dealer. My wife's old Liberty leaked so much oil I had to put down 3 pieces of cardboard in the garage because of it. Took it to the dealership, they said it was normal residual oil from oil changes. Same story on a number of warranty issues that were never fixed. Thank god it was a lease.

Whereas I take my Ford's to my dealer my service adviser is more than willing to work with me on any type of warranty issues.
