you can get the center console with chrome package, you just can't get the console shifter.

I prefer the Chrome grill, bumpers and door handles of the chrome pkg. Love the 20" chrome wheels too.

2015rubyFX4, The 20" wheels that you & Sgb020 have look the best to me also, hopefully I'll be able to get some for my truck soon.

I prefer the Chrome Pkg myself.
I prefer the center console and I prefer the column shifter so I don't lose that much of my console.

3rd sport. Looks better to me, has the center console shifter and have yet to find that bug that only ruins paint and not chrome. But of course a thread like this is just asking for subjective opinions.

I prefer the color-matched look but also want the jumpseat for those times when going three across in the front of the cab is useful, and the truck that was otherwise as I wanted it (6.5' bed, max tow, etc) was on the lot in a chrome package...so I'm de-chroming as time and money allows. The handles and rear bumper will wait a while, I really wanted to do the wheels and grill because I was pretty sure the chrome grill would've looked silly with a black off-road bumper. (and removing the side steps didn't cost anything except an increased risk of door dings)
I do think the painted surfaces are harder to remove bugs from without scratching, but they also hide the bugs a lot better.

having had a 2015 chrome and a 2017 sport
you'd be foolish to not get the sport
the wheel wells look more finished out with the extra trim, you get the console/ shiftier, don't have to worry about the PVD peeling on the rims
just peel the sport sticker off the bedside please
