You ask yourself why to slow down? Did you watch the vid? Theres your answer why to slow down. Called defensive driving. Expect the unexpected. Expect the other idiots to do the most idiotic thing every time

Not it was not your fault, never said that. All im saying is to not rely on others good sense..

We don't consider Charlotte part of NC

Actually didn't know that though. I've never seen them.

True that, but most don't have the delineators. People duck in and out of them all the time. I love when the motorcycle cops hide under the bridges and nab them driving solo. Soon, they'll all be toll lanes anyway, SMH.

Glad you are ok as well. I don't personally care for a rebuilt car so I might send mine packing and get a super duty.
It doesn't look like your airbags deployed with that level of impact. Is that correct?

Glad you're ok.

I was thinking last week about the ability to record from the factory cameras. Security at work doesn't allow cameras on site, and I've seen them get people for dash cams. But the factory lane keeping cameras are exempt. Guess I could just take it down when I go in, but that's a hassle and still technically against policy even if it's in the glove compartment.

Agreed. That’s why I drive a full-size truck, and specifically an F-150. All the gas you’d save driving a sardine can is meaningless when a guy plows into you across the lane barrier.

Force = Mass x Acceleration

I like having a nice big value in the “Mass” variable of this equation. Add in the F150 crash safety features, and I’d prefer to be a passenger in the truck any day…
