Default Wondering what incentives are applicable after ordering?

I ordered my truck on August 28th and locked in to the employee price promotion they had at that time. Truck is in transit now should be here in the next 2 weeks. The employee price promotion is off now and there is a 0% financing promotion now. Wondering if I would be able to take advantage of the lower finance rate now while still retaining the employee pricing ? Forgot to mention that I live in Canada. Could anyone that has gone thru something similar pls chime in ?

Many posts on this. You can have your cake, but you can't eat it too. You get whatever was in place at time of order OR whatever is in place at time of purchase. Not both. There are also rebates in addition to what you listed. Keep in mind that usually there is a Ford Credit rebate that you won't get with 0%, and they you can refinance with a credit union for much less - and keep the rebate.

I ordered mine on 9/1 took delivery on 10/21. You lock-in the rebates at the time of ordering and then when it comes time for delivery, you can assess the available incentives at that time and you will be able to take the better of the 2 incentives, but not both.

Keep you're paperwork from ordering and the incentives at that time and bring them with you to delivery day. The finance department tried to rip me off of 0% financing and $2700 in rebates that were available when I ordered, but fortunately I beat them at their own game as I had my paperwork to prove to the finance guy and the sales manager!

The OP is in Canada so I don't know if it's the same in Canada. In the US it's up to the dealer. Some dealers make you lock in to the incentives when the order was placed. My dealer doesn't make me lock in. I get to choose if I want the incentives when I ordered the the truck or the incentives in place when I take delivery.

Too bad you aren't in the US. Ford is giving X plan pricing for everyone starting next week until the end of the year.

That's not correct. Ford company policy is to guarantee whatever at order or if they increase you get that. This is true no matter what dealer.

I ordered a 2021 lariat in lead foot back in October 2021, my dealer was able to place the order but I know it's going to get kicked backed because there is no more lead foot paint for 2022, so he edited the order today November 8,... my question is will I lose my 0% 72 months I had last month?

One way to find out, ask. As big of ****** as the finance departments are, if you mention the word cash, they will close the door to convince you otherwise. Good luck
