Pretty much an admission of guilt right there that every truck is going to fail due to crap antifreeze that Ford probably got a cheap deal on.
Even the non block heater trucks have issues, so the cause cannot be blamed on leaving the block heater plugged in too long.

Does the 2.7L use a different antifreeze than the other gas engines?

Yeah that is a little odd.
The 2.7L is not listed in any of these no heat TSBs.

Guess I lucked out, mine was built 7-2019, and has the yellow coolant. Wonder why the 2.7L isn't included?

Orange in mine. I wonder if I should drain it and replace with the yellow. No problems as of yet.
