Windshield has thousands of bubbles in it
Bowen will make it right. I know Mark (Owner) personally. I know most of the folks there. Let's just say my wife and I are well north of 10 vehicle purchases with them. In fact, our 2018 is the first 2018 anything sold off their lot last Aug (2017)...
They have made a few employee changes the last couple of years, but the way they treat clients is still the same...
Sorry to read you might have a leak. That is never good.
FYI. If they had Safelite do it. Let me just say Safelite will never touch one of my vehicles again. They took four attempts to get one Fusion windshield done correctly...

I may have to look them up. Yep Saturday 8 to 5.
Took the truck to the the company that did the replacement windshield, Genuine Auto Glass in Auburn. Arranged by the dealership service department.
They found a pinhole leak. Took about an hour to patch it up. Looking forward to some heavy rain today and overnight to see if it took.
At least I can't complain about the service. As I pulled into the parking lot without an appointment they waved me right into the garage and got started. And there were 5 people in the waiting room already.
Told it is guaranteed for life. If I have another leak they will replace the window again.

Mine has the same issue. I'll be discussing this with the dealer on the first visit back. With the sun at the right angle, it's makes it almost impossible to see through the windshield. At first I thought it was dust from cleaning the glass (like the MF had a bad case of dandruff). But nooooo. It's the glass.
Brand new truck and I get to risk putting in new glass.

Great that your issue is resolved! It really bothers me that someone is going to have to do that kind of work on a brand new truck. I'm really **** about the finish (interior and exterior) on my truck, especially after doing my own ceramic coat along with all the prep work for that.
When I first noticed the issue, I completed a light glass polish and applied Optimum Opti-glass with no improvement. So I know the bubbles aren't surface-related. I should also note the new glass was so rough that the wipers wouldn't run smoothly. The polish and sealer corrected that issue; I rarely use the wipers now with the Opti-glass coating on there. When they do run, there is no skipping.

I thought I had bubbles in mine, but found that it was instead something like dried sap or clear overspray that came off with clay bar. 👍🏻
Oh and I just use plain ole Rain-X a couple times a year. Did it on my door glass as well hopefully to prevent/delay hard water spots.
