Hopefully, they don't give you a windshield that is worse then the one you have.

They replaced foggy fog lights on my 05 GT Mustang, with even foggier fog lights!
That is truly a concern of mine. If it is bad I will expect them to replace it as well.

Which dealership did you get your truck from?

This looks exactly like the windshields on both the new F150 and our 2015 Escape. Pretty sure it's normal.

That looks like the windshield on the wife's 2011 Mercury Mariner when the sun is directly in front of us. My 17 XLT does not have that...

If it was normal then Ford would not be replacing the windshield.

Normal, good grief. I know the name of a good eye doctor for some of you.

I think safelite has a product that they sell that will remove water/mineral spots. It is gritty and you make a paste out of it. Been awhile since I used it.

So the new windshield is in. Got it back about 5:30 tonight. No way to truly inspect it as it was overcast and raining. Tomorrow the sun is supposed to be shining. And that is a good thing because it has a leak. Yep driver side grab handle is moist and I noticed a couple small beads of water hanging, not dripping off the bottom. Tried to get a picture, but it is too dark to focus properly. Haven't found any other wet spots. Maybe I should sprinkle some flour, (Some of you might get the inference.)

And of course it is supposed to rain all night and I have to park outside as the F150 won't fit in the garage.

I noticed the leak when I had already left the dealership. Called the service advisor and she said Monday is the soonest it can be dealt with as the offsite glass company is closed over the weekend.

At least I didn't get charged for the loaner. Guess that is something.
