Window cleaning issue?

Not my worst life's problem i have but...
Whats with cleaning these Ford windows?

After washing the truck, no matter what window cleaner i use, i have a hard time getting any water spots off the glass.
Its like they became part of the glass.
The windshield not so bad, but the side windows are problematic for some reason.

Never had this issue with any other non-Ford vehicles i own or have owned.

Do you wash your truck in the shade and use a squeegee on the windows before the water dries?

Did you have a auto of this size before? Water drops tend to dry faster when you are slower to dry them. Larger car, more drying, blah.

You might have defective windows. Mine seem ok.

Never had an issue.

1 don't wash in the sun
2 don't use hard water without a filter.

I do use sealer on my whole vehicles. Windows, chrome and paint. But never had an issue before doing so.

Try a little vinegar and water remove the spots. Same here as we have very hard water.

Call me crazy but I always wax or spray way my windows. It's kinda like super rainex lol. Makes bug removal easy and no water spots

+1 ^^^

I had the same problem until I used spray wax on mine as well. I've used Adams H2O G&G as well as Mcguiars Ultimate spray wax. Works great and removes all spots.

I dont know what the guy put on the windows of my 03 Mach 1 but in the 9 yrs I have owned, I have only used the wipers 1 time. If it wasnt my car I wouldnt believe. Whatever it is, I hope it never wears off as long as I own it.

As far as the F150, I m not having any water spot issues and just ordered some stuff from Chemical Guys that is suppose to be pretty good.

Wax on window glass? that's gotta really create a film when the wipers go over it and its raining....

Heck, after waxing the hood, and getting it all wiped off, when it rains, and the water beads start hitting the window, it's messy.
