I know I've spoken to some of you privately about this, but for those of you who haven't had the chance to PM me some details, please know that I'm here to escalate your 2015 F-150 concerns. All I'll need to get started is your full name, VIN, current mileage, servicing dealership, and best daytime contact number.

Thanks all!

Brittany

I too have been dealing with the wind noise / door seal creaking issue. My dealer has been helpful (mac haik georgetown - thanks!!) - the door seal creaking was resolved by adjusting the door. Actually it looked perfect from all angles except when looking down from the roof. Before and after images below.

I'm still working the wind noise issue.. I have a theory it may be due to the window not fully seating in the "up" position - I tried powering down and up a few times tonight on the way home, and it was definitely quieter after the window had been worked..

Same here - after getting the door adjust at the dealer it was a world of difference. Truck is far quieter now, and now rattles when going over bumps.

Now it rattles over bumps? Or do you mean it doesn't rattle over bumps?

They opened a tech line and requested a factory tech to try to get mine aligned. You can put your finger in he gap in my front doors. The dealership is at a loss. It's almost like the door does not mate to the cab. It's tight in some areas and gapping in others. I don't see a linear way to have it adjusted to make it fit in all the places it needs to. We'll see

This door seal crackling is driving me nuts. Anyone find a solution or at least something that improves this issue?

I'm willing to bet it leads to a redesigned seal that will just be a running manufacturing change. Hopefully lead to a TSB for us current owners.

This is what happened with my 05 Tacoma. There was a knock in the cab during low temparatures. They ended up having a TSB to replace the cab mounts with a new version.

I have the same issue with the door movement and wind noise. I drove to just outside of Philly from Pitt and back over the weekend and the wind noise was driving me crazy. So I am calling the dealership tomorrow to get 1) The door seal looked at. 2) The steering shaft looked at, I got the recall. 3) Get the center speaker or wherever the Nav voice comes from. It crackels and sounds horrible. 4) When I remote start the truck it freezes the outdoor temperature reading. Hope they can fix the issues I hate hearing I could not duplicate.

Has your truck been to the dealer for inspection, Melect? I suggest taking it in, as this is a great first step. Once you've scheduled an appointment, send me a PM with the VIN, dealer info, your full name, and your phone number. I'll see how to help on my end.
