Wind noise from driver side window/door

The noise I'm describing only happens at speed when I hit a bump. I have wind noise, but nothing unbearable. It's to be expected driving a brick through the wind. Though I'd be curious to hear your video.

I have the same problem with my 15 Platinum. I am dropping it off at the dealership on Wednesday and hopefully they can get it fixed up. Mine starts right around 60 mph. I get a whistle noise from the windshield and a lot of wind noise on the drivers side. It sounds like I have the window rolled down a little. I will try to upload a video I took so you can hear the noise it makes.

I have the same issue..it is only at highway speeds and I only notice drivers window. Dealership couldn't reproduce (surprise). Not a windshield issue ( I have had this in other cars before). I agree that it seems be a "flexing" issue. The door is separating from the door seal and you get a quick air entry. Very quick, not horrible, but annoying.

I hope ford comes up with a fix for this. My truck has been in the shop 3 times and they tried adjusting the doors and then tried replacing the weather stripping. None of this helped. I think its a design flaw. I can put my fingers between the upper part of the door and the seal while riding and feel the movement of the door. I took a ride in a friend's 2014 and no movement at all....

I wonder if there is an adjustment that pulls the door tighter to cab without making the door looked to sucked in? Or replacing with a thicker seal?

mine moves around too. You can feel the trucks cab and door flex independently of one another, and without much force I can push the top of the door away from the cab when it's shut and allow air to really come in. Mine goes in Thursday for the third time. I would really like to get the door issues resolved and move on. I honestly have my doubts at this point. The design of these doors and or cab require them to have such a small spectrum of tolerance that I think Ford has a long road ahead to make this right for a lot of owners. Just wait till people start wrecking the damn things, a body shop couldn't align my doors "brand new" in 2-days with 3-techs on it. What in the world are they going to do when they start having tweaked ones to deal with? I have owned quite a few new trucks from various manufactures with never having a door shutting or sealing issue. Seems like a pretty basic function. I am still waiting from anyone to find out what is the world is the cause of this all. Damn that Denali I test drove was quiet. I just couldn't get over the Column shifter and key turned ignition. Felt archaic...quiet...but archaic

Ah-ha. I am not crazy about my door sound. Mine just started whistling today at 35-mph. Now if I can make it do it for the dealer tomorrow...and it wasn't my turbos
