Default Wicked Trucks 3/4" bumper spacer

Anyone used this or know someone that's ran it. Looks interesting. I bet it helps with the larger wheel/tire setups.

Looks like something longer bolts and some washers would do for about $5.

I've never taken off the front bumper. I'm not sure what all that would entail. There is mention of brackets they've made in the kit.

Yes. Users either remove crash bars or swap crash bars for more clearance. My understanding of this kit is more for when tires are still hitting the front bumper.

And how big of a tire are you going with? I thought 35" would fit without rubbing (depending on offset).

Undecided. pretty confident I'm going with 20x10 -19 Hostile Alpha wheels. The tire sizes I'm debating on are 295/60r20 in trail grappler, which is actually 34.45 x 12.13, or going with a bfgoodrich 35x12.5r20 which = 34.5 x 12.5.

I've heard swapping crash bars gives you another 1" of clearance inside the wheel well.

Default Spaced my bumper and adjusted my crash bars!

I recently had 295/70-18 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/Ts installed. They rubbed hard even with a 2” leveling kit.

I used a PortaPower to spread the crash bars, trimmed 1/4in off the air dam and unbolted the front bumper, stacked 7/16in worth of grade 8 washers between the bumper and bumper bracket.

Works great, cost 5 bucks and took about 3 hours start to finish!

Worked great!

Default No rubbing

On my 2020, I have a 6" lift and run 35" tires on the factory 20" wheels with 3" wheel spacers. I don't have any rubbing at all. In the future, I'm going to add the Wicked front bumper spacer and remove the front crash bars so I can run 37s with no rub or trimming.

I had bumper rubbing on my 23 with a 6" RC lift and 35x12.5s on -44 offset rims. I made my own spacers by pulling the bumper (6 bolts) and adding a washer, then M12 nut, and then another washer to each bolt. Remounted and had enough threads left to torque the factory nuts back down.

$9 in hardware and 5/8” of space created.
