Whose Truck Is Showing in COTUS?
Anyone's truck order showing up on the COTUS site? I'm yet to see anything.

Checked today using the VIN, nothing. Ordered 8-10. Inclined to think that site might just be for true retail custom orders, mine is dealer stock, but don't know for sure.

Nothing yet. It's freaking killing me. I have retail (7/30) and dealer stock (9/2) orders in.

Mine was a retail order that the dealer switched to stock. I've had [MENTION=47652]FordService[/MENTION] check for me a couple times and they see the order, but we don't have a VIN yet. The original order was placed 9/16.

Is there a Customer Order Tracking for Canadian orders?

I called Ford about the site. Customer service rep said the site is currently Beta, so don't worry about it if your order is not in there. He said they aren't loading everything into it yet, but there are some orders in there. He could not tell me if the site was for only for true retail orders at this point, but he did confirm my order from the VIN with a date of 10-27. Same info my dealer gave me.... just passing on what was told to me.

I finally called Ford customer service to check on my orders (Platinum). My dealer said he didn't have info on either order. I placed a priority 10 order late August and a priority 20 (dealer stock) order Mid-September. According to customer service I have a VIN for my priority 10 and nothing for my priority 20. He said to call back October 13 and they should have more info??
