Needed a truck to tow haul - bought a fully equipped Ford. I still like the truck. Rides nice, lots of room and runs great when its running!

But these manufacturers still build sub quality vehicles with a neglect on addressing and fixing the issues at hand.
Its like year after year - every new year model we hear the same stories over and over about the same problems.
Exactly! How about this is the 4th model year in a row with warped dashes. The dealer says Ford engineers are working on it so there is a stop repair order on the issue right now. How long do they need to figure out a fix on a part that has been around as long as trucks themselves?!!!

Very nice truck! I'm looking at some limited and longhorns right now. I still think Ford has the best looking truck, but no one comes close to the interior on the Ram. I would love to stay with another F150, but I feel the Ram is so far ahead on value I gotta make the switch.

^^ Its not a pro Ram thing...for me its more of a wish that Ford and Ram and GM and whoever else will start building trucks with better quality parts, and workmanship!

And.......when the problems persist, they should address it.

I'm not sure why anyone would keep driving a cr@ppy brand x. Go get a brand y, and hope for a better experience. Posting about it here does nothing but rile the fan-boys, which is probably the intent of the post in the first place.

Your time & efforts would be better served getting your own truck situation resolved, vs wasting time here telling everyone about it. Just my $.02.

Of course they all have issues! Nobody has claimed otherwise. It is possible to have a civil discusion about the merits of each though. This poor guy though.

Your right. It makes absolutely no sense to come on to a truck forum and talk about truck problems. Matter of fact, moderators should just take down the entire f150forum website. It should all stop here.

Have you guys read some of the issues with the 2019 RAM 1500?? Holy crap...No one should ever complain about Ford F150 ever again. I think RAM takes the cake when it comes to poor quality.

examples....new screen/audio system lockup and freeze. Erratic functionality, deletion of memory. The best one is one side of the trim around windows is chrome, the other side is in black. We're talking about the same truck. One side of the truck is different from the other....talk about "quality" lol....I feel sorry for the owner. Do a search on youtube.

The audio off issue in my truck went on for TWO YEARS! A $65K truck that required me to play music from my phone while I was driving! Ridiculous.

All manufacturers have this type of stuff. I remember the thread from a few years back where a f150 came with two different front seats installed at the factory.

It happens to all brands.
