Who has most miles on 2.7???
Who has the highest mileage with the 2.7L engine? Since it's brand new - ANY issues with it?
What's the verdict on the engine? I have 9,000 miles thus far.. no issues.. but am sure there are those with much more than that - I know some can drive 50K a year
Interested in those with more miles logged...

I have a little over 11K on mine so far. The only issues I've had are the hard 5-4 downshift, and once the auto stop-start feature acted up. I was on a pretty steep incline in drive, and I was lightly on the brake but letting the truck drift backwards very slowly. All of the sudden it cut the truck off with a harsh/loud bang while it was moving. Slammed the brakes and then tried letting off the brakes for it to start, and it wouldnt restart. Had to put it in park to restart it with the key, suprisingly it wouldnt turn over in neutral with the key.

Just rolled over 33,000 km's the other day. So that's ~20,500 miles.
No issues at all and love the truck! Did several camping trips in the rockies fully loaded with gear, 2 huge coolers full, several cases of "beverages", inflatable boat, 2 mountain bikes and a bed full of firewood, and still had great mileage even going through the rockies. Doesn't even downshift
And in case you're wondering, the trip meter should read 30,436km's but it resets after 9999km (look at the time and fuel used). My lifetime mileage (minus ~500km) works out to 22.2 MPG. Gotta love it!

About 8,000 miles no issue. i changed the oil at 5000 miles and will let the dealer do it at 10,000. Received a letter at 6 months from the dealer saying they haven’t seen the truck since I bought it and hinting they would like to service it. No service due at 6 months?
