I'm likely going to hang onto my 2007 to run in the winter and pick up a 2015 Mustang GT. I'm in love with the new look of the Mustang, not so much the F150. Nothing wrong with 435HP and 400 ft/lb of torque to boot.

I agree about the mustang but I like what Ford has done to the new F150. I'm waiting to see what Roush will be doing with the mustang (actually I can't wait to see what they do to both the mustang and f150). In the meantime, I'm selling my 2012 Stage 3 in preparation for a 2015 Roush Stage 3.

I was going to try to justify spending the $ on a 2015 King Ranch, but the 4th of July rebates got me good! I feel like I'm into the truck pretty good (paid $29k for a $41.8k sticker), maybe a bit of neg equity if I happen to fall in love with the 2015 and want to get out of mine.

Motor Trend says specs for 2.7L are 325 hp n 375 lb ft torque.

I only have 8500 miles on my 13. If the 2.7eb would get 25-30 mpg and ford would make me a good deal perhaps I would. Most likely would still wait a year or two. And if the auto start/stop is possible to fully disable, that will be the deal breaker.

The 325 HP-375 TQ are official numbers and the compacted graphite iron (CGI) upper block (bolted into a lower aluminum cradle) with the fracture split main bearing caps and other internal features has all the engineered strength & durability to cope with stresses that accompany small displacement turbocharged engines. This engine is truly novel as a leading edge USA mass-produced GDI engine (block is cast by the TUPY foundry, Saltillo Mexico with SinterCast process & tech control).
