On my '18 XLT , it is Settings > Advanced Settings > Vehicle > Oil Life Reset > shows oil life and you can reset it here. Might vary slightly for the Lariat though.

It can also be found on the Fordpass phone app, under vehicle details.

Just really annoying to me that I can't access it while the truck is in drive. Have to have it parked and running to access the oil life is kinda dumb. My Sync2 Edge has that info easily available.

You have to realize how unnecessary it is to be looking at your oil life monitor while driving. Seriously, what could you possibly do with that information while you're cruising down the highway? Today's trucks are becoming so luxurious that people are forgetting their purpose.

On the other hand maybe Ford should develop something like Amazon's Alexa, that can answer these questions audibly while you're driving. "Fordexa, when should I change my oil? I'm worried that I will drive past the change point on this trip and damage my engine"..."At your current speed, you should change your oil in 8,456 miles, or 120.8 hours."..."Thank you Fordexa, now I can relax and enjoy my 20 minute trip."

The "Oil Life" gauge is useless. Wait until you realize it doesn't seem to take into consideration Oil Level at all in its calculations

Basically its just one more of those things these days that dumbs down the details for those "too busy" to pay attention to such trivial matters
