Where to get best price on Ford extended warranty?
Would someone be so kind as to tell me who currently has the best prices for real Ford extended warranties? (Just drove home my new 2018 F150)

I went with Endurance (Supreme) for mine. It’s my understanding the dealers typically re-sell after market warranties using 3rd party vendors - hence making more money. I wasn’t giving my Ford dealer any more business after their run-around. I ended up purchasing 8 yr or 125k on my newly purchased 2017 Lariat.

if you want a real ford extended warranty the only option would be from ford. My friend who used to work at ford said those are the best. The others might not pay to full repair price if something goes wrong. You can still get a warranty from ford that’s listed as new up until the 36k mile/36 month time comes around.

Just got my Extended warranty from Flood Ford - https://www.floodfordesp.com/ Getting the maintenance program as well, others might not agree with getting them but my '18 is the first new truck I've had and the last one I'm planning on getting.

I was thinking about extended warranty since the transmission in this 2018 Lariat rattles every time I let off of the gas. But the dealer nor Ford ever stand behind anything anyway, so why pay more money for no coverage? As far as I am concerned the warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on!

Isnt this the same tranny as used in the Raptor, Camaros, corvette, and new chevy trucks? These have been all using the 10 speed for a year or 2? Is this only common in the 2018 models. Now I am concerned as am expecting deliver of my 5.0L XLT SE here in a month or so and I don't want to be buying a pain in the ***.
I will say my transmission works great and shifts smooth. But, it does whine at low speeds and every time I let off of the gas it has a rattle or chatter sound. I have not experienced the noises on cold start up like so many others have had, nor have I had any shifting problems so far. Currently have 3800 miles on the truck. I don't like the noise when I let off the gas, seems like a new truck shouldn't sound like this, and I worry that it will eventually cause operational problems.
