When I was in HS and we were all “young and dumb” this was the trend in cars. Buddy of mine got a fix it ticket back then. It doesn’t seem like they enforce this anymore, same with all the poorly adjusted crappy eBay led headlights. It’s a shame, they could probably cut my taxes just by enforcing these laws and ticketing all these selfish jokers.

Ain't that the truth. Saw a jeep today with 12"+ wide tires that were sticking so far out that the inner part of the tire was barely in the well. They were skinny sidewalls on chrome rime. It looked so stupid I couldn't help but laugh at the idiot.
